Women in Business Panel

On March 30, 2022, Emily Rouse had the opportunity to participate in a Women in Business Panel hosted by Wheeling Heritage. Held at the Wheeling Artisan Center, the event brought together three local entrepreneurs to share their experiences of building and growing businesses in the Ohio Valley. Throughout the discussion, each panelist spoke candidly about the challenges they faced, the lessons they learned, and the accomplishments that have shaped their entrepreneurial journeys. Topics included overcoming obstacles, finding community support, and encouraging more women to pursue business ownership. The panel also provided attendees with the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable insights from business owners with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Emily was honored to represent Edgington Studio and contribute to a conversation focused on entrepreneurship, resilience, and the importance of supporting small businesses in our region.
